Wasabi Mayo

I Love to make a batch of wasabi mayo...... I use only the best mayonnaise and that is Kewpie it is so creamy and I just love the star shaped nozzle. I add a small amount of wasabi to some of the mayonnaise and mix it through it is great for dipping carrot, celery sticks and to stir through rice...YUM YUM.......

Bento Box Berry Jelly

This is one of my favorite desserts to make for your lunch box......

To create this I have used some frozen berries and raspberry jelly...you can use all sorts of

fruit but you cant add pineapple as the jelly will not set.........

I have also used little silicone patty pans to put the fruit and jelly in this is a great size to fit in your bento box
